Gužvice - wreaths made of vine leaves - Snežana Kitanović
Gužvice - vine leaves - a specialty of the Pirot region, served with homemade sour milk.
- 30 vine leaves
- 1/2 kg. black onion
- 300 gr. leek
- 1 cup of rice
- landing
- vegeta
- allspice
- Saute onion and leek in oil, then add rice, salt and allspice and fry a little more.
- Place a teaspoon of filling on a grape leaf and roll it into a triangle.
- Place the dumplings in a pan, pour water over them and cook for about 45 minutes.
- Then make a sprinkling of oil and allspice, pour over the crackers and put in the oven to bake.
