Gužvice - vine leaves - a specialty of the Pirot region, served with homemade sour milk.

  • 30 vine leaves
  • 1/2 kg. black onion
  • 300 gr. leek
  • 1 cup of rice
  • landing
  • vegeta
  • allspice
  1. Saute onion and leek in oil, then add rice, salt and allspice and fry a little more.
  2. Place a teaspoon of filling on a grape leaf and roll it into a triangle.
  3. Place the dumplings in a pan, pour water over them and cook for about 45 minutes.
  4. Then make a sprinkling of oil and allspice, pour over the crackers and put in the oven to bake.
