Buckwheat pie - when I tried this pie for the first time, I couldn't stop eating it. It takes a little more time to prepare, but the satisfied faces of the tasters will reward you for the effort.

Pancakes:

  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 100 ml of water
  • 100 g of buckwheat flour
  • 200 g wheat flour (white soft)
  • so
  • oil (a little)

PHIL:

  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 500 g of cheese (small cow's)
  • 1 dl of oil
  • 1 dl of milk
  • 180 ml of sour cream
  • 0,75 bag of baking powder
  1. From the listed ingredients, whip the batter for pancakes and fry the pancakes.
  2. Oil the pan and arrange a row of buckwheat pancakes, a row of filling, finish with the filling.
  3. Before baking, cut the pie into cubes so that the filling penetrates the entire depth.
  4. Bake for 30 min. at 220 degrees.
