Buckwheat pie, ingredients:

To prepare the pancakes:

  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 150 g of buckwheat flour
  • 300 g of white wheat flour
  • 500ml of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For the filling:

  • 300 g of young cheese
  • 100 grams of young cream
  • 2 eggs
  • half a teaspoon of salt

Preparation of pancake dough:

  • Beat eggs, salt and oil.
  • Add half the water and buckwheat flour. Mix, add white flour and remaining water.
  • Beat well, so that there are no lumps.
  • Bake pancakes on a heated pan.

Preparation of the filling:

  • Crush the young cheese, add the cream and mix. Add salt and beaten eggs.

Stacking and baking:

  • Grease the pan, then put one pancake and 2 tablespoons of filling.
  • Do the same with the remaining pancakes and filling.
  • Cover the last pancake with one spoonful of filling.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Pleasant!
