Bread without flour.
Flourless bread, ingredients:
- 5 haha,
- 300 g of small cheese,
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt,
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda,
- 300 g of nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds),
- sesame,
- orchid,
- pumpkin seeds,
- sunflower,
- a little turmeric or some spice to taste.
Bread without flour, preparation:
- Beat the eggs, cheese, soda and seasoning well with a mixer.
- Grind seeds and nuts in a blender.
- Combine both mixtures, pour into a baking tray lined with paper and bake for 1 hour at 160 degrees.
- Check with a toothpick.
