Bread without yeast, the mixture is the same as for priganice, only this time I made bread, small, but it turned out great. Only flour, salt and water, no yeast, baking soda, baking powder...
I can freely write that it is good, and no one broke their teeth.
Yeast-free bread, ingredients:
- 200 g of white flour,
- 200 g of buckwheat flour,
- 1 teaspoon of salt and
- lukewarm water if necessary.
Bread without yeast, preparation:
- Mix both types of flour, add salt, and add lukewarm water while stirring constantly. The dough should be soft.
- Leave the dough to rest for a couple of hours.
- Turn on the oven at 200 degrees, grease the pan and sprinkle it with flour and put it in the heated oven to bake.
- Use a wooden stick to check whether the bread is cooked.
