Bread without yeast.
Yeast-free bread, ingredients:
- 100 g of rye flour,
- 100 g of buckwheat flour,
- 200 g of white flour,
- 1/2 teaspoon salt,
- 2 spoons of ground flax
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder,
- half a teaspoon of baking soda,
- juice of half a lemon and
- 3 dl of water.
Bread without yeast, preparation:
- Mix rye, buckwheat and white flour, then add salt, flax, juice of half a lemon, baking powder, baking soda and water.
- Mix everything well with a spoon, cover the bowl with cellophane and leave it overnight.
- I did it around 23 p.m. In the morning, you will get a very thick mixture, because rye and buckwheat flour absorb a lot of water.
- When I came home from work, around 17 p.m., I looked at the dough, sprinkled a little flour on the work surface and handed out the dough. You do not need to knead the dough additionally, form the desired shape of bread and put it in a greased and floured pan.
- I rolled a loaf of bread in ground flax, I liked it that way.
- Place the loaf in a heated oven and bake at a temperature between 200 and 210 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick whether the bread is cooked. If nothing sticks to her, then she is. Let it cool a little, then serve.
