Bread like muffins - bread prepared like this can be eaten on a chronic diet for breakfast.

  • 1 kg of homemade almond milk
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1 pastry crack
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dry basil
  • 1 spoonful of ginger
  • 1 cup of sunflower
  • 3 spoons of ground flax
  • 2 tablespoons of psyllium
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 spoon of teff flour
  • 1 tablespoon kamut flour
  • 1 cup of black buckwheat flour
  • 1 spoon of dark semolina flour
  • 1 tablespoon of spelled flour
  • 1 spoon of fifa flour
  • 2 spoons of roasted onion
  • 1 tablespoon of almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
  1. I made today's bread in this way, just out of curiosity to see what kind of flavor you get when you add many types of flour and seeds. I didn't measure in grams individually, but I measured everything in total before I started adding the almond milk. The mass was 710 grams, and the amount of milk was exactly 1 kg.
  2. Pour the flour into the top of a large soup bowl.
  3. I mixed everything except the milk, turned on the stand mixer on slow speed and slowly added the milk to get a mass thick enough for pancakes. She waited for about half an hour for the flour to absorb the required amount of liquid and then added more milk so that the mass was thick enough to fall out of the ladle.
  4. I baked in silicone molds for muffins, but it can also be baked in a bread mold. I put it in a cold oven and turned it on at 210C. I didn't really look at the time, but I think it was baked for about 45 minutes from the moment it was put in the oven. I generally baked until it stopped sticking to the toothpick when I poked it in the middle of the muffin.
You can add the ingredients you have.
