No-Knead Bread - we love this bread.

  • 700 g of flour
  • 5 dcl water (lukewarm)
  • 1 teaspoons of dry yeast
  • 1,5 teaspoon of salt
  1. Put flour, yeast and salt in a bowl.
    Mix, then add lukewarm water while whisking with a whisk. Mix well and let stand overnight at room temperature.

  2. The next day, put the resulting dough on a well-floured work surface, fold all sides inwards with floured hands and turn the folds down and let it rest for 1 hour.
  3. Heat a ceramic dish with a lid (it can be earthenware or made of refractory glass, as long as it has a lid) in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  4. Take out the heated pan, put the rested dough, cover and bake for 30 minutes, uncover and bake again until the bread gets a golden brown color. Take it out and let it stand covered for 10 minutes, then take it out of the container to cool.
