No-Knead Bread - we love this bread.
- 700 g of flour
- 5 dcl water (lukewarm)
- 1 teaspoons of dry yeast
- 1,5 teaspoon of salt
- Put flour, yeast and salt in a bowl.
Mix, then add lukewarm water while whisking with a whisk. Mix well and let stand overnight at room temperature. - The next day, put the resulting dough on a well-floured work surface, fold all sides inwards with floured hands and turn the folds down and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Heat a ceramic dish with a lid (it can be earthenware or made of refractory glass, as long as it has a lid) in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Take out the heated pan, put the rested dough, cover and bake for 30 minutes, uncover and bake again until the bread gets a golden brown color. Take it out and let it stand covered for 10 minutes, then take it out of the container to cool.
