Two-ingredient bread - Verica Poznanović - Recipes and Cookbook online

A two-ingredient bread that's easy to make and ready in thirty minutes.

What are the two ingredients? Ice cream and self-raising flour!

Two-ingredient bread, ingredients:

  • 1 cup softened milk ice cream (I used chocolate flavor).
  • 2 cups of self-raising flour (you can make it yourself: mix 2 cups of soft flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and ½ teaspoon of salt).

Two-ingredient bread, preparation:

  • Leave the ice cream at room temperature to soften a little.
  • Take one cup of softened ice cream and mix it with 2 cups of self-raising flour. Combine everything well, form the shape according to your taste.
  • Place the mixture in a greased and floured baking tray and bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
