Millet and buckwheat bread - excellent bread!
- 500 g of white wheat flour
- 100 g of buckwheat flour
- 100 g of millet flour
- 2 tablespoons of flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- 1 spoon of dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 5 dcl of lukewarm water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Put lukewarm water in a bowl, add sugar and yeast, let it stand for 5 minutes, then add wheat, buckwheat and millet flour, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and salt. Knead the dough and let it rise.
When the dough has risen, make it on a work surface sprinkled with flour, put it in a baking mold greased with oil and sprinkled with flour.
Leave to dry for 30 minutes and bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
