Spelled and seed bread - extremely high-quality and nutritious bread, suitable for chronic nutrition.

  • 500 g of spelled flour
  • 8 gr of sea salt
  • 1 bag of baking powder (13 g, or baking soda)
  • 50 g of sesame seeds
  • 50 g of poppy seeds
  • 50 g of sunflower seeds
  • 50 g of oatmeal (soaked in mineral water)
  • 50 g of fenugreek seeds
  • 4 dl of mineral water

For soaking oatmeal

  • 1 dl of mineral water

  • sesame seeds (sprinkle the outer layer of the bread mass to taste)
  • caraway seeds (sprinkle the outer layer of the bread mass to taste)
  • poppy seeds (sprinkle the outer layer of the bread mass to taste)
  1. Soak oatmeal in 1 dl mineral carbonated water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix spelled flour, salt, baking powder, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds, soaked oatmeal and caraway seeds. Pour over mineral carbonated water and mix with a mixer until the mass becomes uniform.
  3. Leave the mass to rest for 30 minutes, then mix it again. Sprinkle the outer layer of the bread with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, and spoons for decoration.
  4. Transfer the mass to a bread baking pan that you have lightly oiled with olive oil or place on baking paper. The mold should be filled to 3/4 and let it stand for another 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 35 c. If the temperature is lower than this, you need to let it stand for another 30 minutes.
  5. The bread is baked at 200 degrees for about 60 minutes.
