Bread baked in gauze.

Bread baked in gauze, ingredients:

  • 600 g of flour,
  • 1 bag of dry yeast,
  • 2 teaspoons of salt,
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar,
  • 275-300 ml of lukewarm water,
  • 4 tablespoons of oil.

Bread baked in gauze, preparation:

  • Sift the flour, then add all the ingredients (dry yeast, salt, sugar, oil and water). Knead the elastic dough.
  • Cover it and leave it in a warm place to rise.
  • Knead the dough, shape it into a ball, sprinkle it with flour, make notches and put it in cheesecloth, tie the cheesecloth.
  • Put the bread that has arrived in the oven (bake on a rack) heated to 220 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes.
  • The bread is ready when it takes on a dark golden color.
  • Take it out of the cheesecloth, let it cool a little, then serve.
