Bread with pumpkin - tasty and healthy.
- 500 g of flour
- 500 g of pumpkin (cut into cubes)
- 1 spoon of dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2/3 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Peel the pumpkin, clean the inner part, cut it into cubes, add water and cook until it becomes soft (be careful not to overcook). Drain the water and prick it with a fork and let it cool.
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of dry yeast to lukewarm water and let it stand for 5 minutes, then add chopped pumpkin, salt, oil and flour. Knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands and let it rise.
- Put the resulting dough on a work surface sprinkled with flour, make it, roll it out and roll it into a roll (roll the roll well in flour), put it in a baking sheet previously lined with paper.
Score the top with a knife and let it stand for 20 minutes and bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
