Bread with cinnamon and raisins - we bring you a recipe for a sweet that can last for days, and it's delicious!

  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk (warm)
  • 0,33 cups water (warm)
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • 1,5 teaspoon of salt
  • 0,25 cup of butter
  • 0,75 cup raisins
  • 3,5 cups flour

  • 0,33 cups of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1 piece of egg
  1. Place warm water, yeast and sugar in a small bowl. Leave the bowl aside for the yeast to rise.
  2. Pour flour, salt, raisins into a large bowl and mix slowly.
  3. Put the dough on a work surface sprinkled with flour and stretch it into a rectangle of size 23x38 cm.
  4. Coat the dough with beaten egg and sprinkle with mixed sugar
    and cinnamon. Then roll the dough into a roll and place it in a greased 14x25 cm pan.
  5. Cover the dough with a napkin and let it rise again.
  6. Bake the dough for 40-45 min. at a temperature of 180°C.
