Bread with cinnamon and raisins
Bread with cinnamon and raisins - we bring you a recipe for a sweet that can last for days, and it's delicious!
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1 cup milk (warm)
- 0,33 cups water (warm)
- 2 spoons of sugar
- 1,5 teaspoon of salt
- 0,25 cup of butter
- 0,75 cup raisins
- 3,5 cups flour

- 0,33 cups of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1 piece of egg
- Place warm water, yeast and sugar in a small bowl. Leave the bowl aside for the yeast to rise.
- Pour flour, salt, raisins into a large bowl and mix slowly.
- Put the dough on a work surface sprinkled with flour and stretch it into a rectangle of size 23x38 cm.
- Coat the dough with beaten egg and sprinkle with mixed sugar
and cinnamon. Then roll the dough into a roll and place it in a greased 14x25 cm pan. - Cover the dough with a napkin and let it rise again.
- Bake the dough for 40-45 min. at a temperature of 180°C.
