Bread with rye flour.

Bread with rye flour, ingredients:

  • 1 white coffee cup of rye flour,
  • 2 cups of white flour for white coffee,
  • ½ cup of buckwheat flour for white coffee,
  • ½ cup for white coffee corn grits,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1 dl of oil,
  • 1 dry yeast,
  • 4 dl of lukewarm water i
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar.

Bread with rye flour, preparation:

  • Put lukewarm water, sugar and yeast in the bowl in which the bread will be kneaded and mix.
  • When the yeast rises, add rye, buckwheat and white flour and corn semolina, which has been mixed five times, add salt and oil and knead the dough. The dough is sticky, so it is necessary to add a little flour to make it uniform. Leave the dough to rise in the bowl.
  • Knead the risen dough and place it in a baking pan lined with parchment paper or greased and sprinkled with flour.
  • Turn on the oven at 200 degrees to heat it up, during which time the dough will rise again.
  • Put the dough, which you previously smeared with water, into the heated oven and bake it for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees, and then another 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Take the baked bread out of the oven and wash it with water, then wrap it in a cloth and leave it to cool.
