Zucchini bread - Verica Poznanović - Recipes and Cookbook online

Zucchini bread.

Zucchini bread, ingredients:

  • 500 g of zucchini,
  • 400 g of flour,
  • 1 baking powder,
  • a teaspoon of salt,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream.

Bread with zucchini, preparation:

  • Heat the oven to 180 C.
  • Remove the stem and bottom of the zucchini and grate them.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, olive oil and sour cream, add the grated zucchini, flour and baking powder. Mix everything well.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking tray, which has been previously greased and sprinkled with flour, and bake in a heated oven for about 45-50 minutes.
  • Check with a toothpick whether it is cooked.
  • Wait for the pastry to cool for 10 minutes, then remove it from the mold.
  • Enjoy every bite!
