Zucchini bread.
Zucchini bread, ingredients:
- 500 g of zucchini,
- 400 g of flour,
- 1 baking powder,
- a teaspoon of salt,
- 2 eggs,
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream.
Bread with zucchini, preparation:
- Heat the oven to 180 C.
- Remove the stem and bottom of the zucchini and grate them.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, olive oil and sour cream, add the grated zucchini, flour and baking powder. Mix everything well.
- Pour the mixture into a baking tray, which has been previously greased and sprinkled with flour, and bake in a heated oven for about 45-50 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick whether it is cooked.
- Wait for the pastry to cool for 10 minutes, then remove it from the mold.
- Enjoy every bite!
