Bread, ingredients:
- 1 cube of yeast,
- 2 teaspoons of salt,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- 1 kg of flour (I mixed corn semolina and white flour),
- 1 stalk of leek i
- lukewarm water.
Bread, preparation:
- Mix the yeast with a little lukewarm water, sugar and a little flour and let it rise.
- Pour flour, corn semolina, chopped leek, yeast and salt into the pan. Add enough water to get a medium-thick dough, knead until it starts to separate and does not stick to your fingers, if necessary, add more white flour. Leave the dough to rise.
- Stir and place in the pan to rest a little longer.
- Bake the bread in an oven heated to 200 degrees.
- Sprinkle the baked bread with water, wrap it in a cloth and leave it to cool.
