Bread.

Bread, ingredients:

  • 300 ml of lukewarm water,
  • 350 g of flour,
  • 20 g of fresh yeast or a bag of dry,
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 100 ml of oil and
  • more flour to shape.

Bread, preparation:

  • Dissolve the powdered yeast and sugar in lukewarm water, then mix. Add flour and mix constantly. Add 50 ml of oil while mixing. The mass should be thin. When you have worked the dough well with a spoon, so that there are no lumps, add the rest of the oil, then mix everything and let it rise for 30 to 60 minutes, the mass should double in size.
  • Turn on the oven to heat up to 220 degrees, during which time sprinkle flour on the work surface and roll out the dough.
  • Add flour with your hands and shape the dough, put the dough in a pan that you previously greased and sprinkled with flour and immediately put it to bake until it gets a light brown color, i.e. until it is baked.
  • Wrap the baked bread in a cloth and cool a little, then serve.
