Buns with yogurt.

Buns with yogurt, ingredients:

  • 200 ml of lukewarm water
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 1 level spoon of sugar
  • 300 ml of yogurt
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 1 spoon of salt
  • 100 g of wholemeal flour
  • 100 g of rye flour
  • 100 g of buckwheat flour
  • 350 g of ordinary white flour

To coat the dough:

  • 1 egg
  • if necessary, sunflower and sesame seeds

Buns with yogurt, preparation:

  • Dissolve the yeast in warm water with sugar. Let it grow. Add yogurt and oil. Add flour, salt. Knead the soft dough. You can add a little more plain flour to shape the dough if you are kneading by hand, but not too much flour as the dough should be soft. Coat the dough with oil and let it rise.
  • Knead the risen dough. Shape into 6 balls. Place in a tray covered with baking paper. Leave the loaves to rise for about 10 minutes. Before baking, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame and sunflower seeds.
  • Bake at 180 C for about 35 minutes. Wrap the baked loaves in a clean cotton cloth. Serve warm with the meal! Pleasant!

Baking time: 30 minutes
Idle time: 40 minutes
