Chrono breakfast: muffins with eggs, bacon and cheese - an irresistible combination to start the working day.

  • 4 pieces of muffins
  • 4 pieces of eggs
  • 4 sheets of cheese (Edam, Trappist or similar)
  • 4 sheets of bacon
  • pepper (to taste)
  1. Heat the oven to 220 degrees C.
  2. Scoop out the muffins using a short, sharp knife.
  3. Place the bacon strips in a circle in the hollowed-out muffin tin.
  4. Cut the cheese to the size of the hollowed-out muffin and place inside.
  5. Crack the egg into the top of the hollowed-out muffin. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the egg is cooked.
  6. Enjoy the chrono breakfast. Pleasant!
