A simple chrono breakfast, for an average height of 170 cm and for a day when you have activities.

  • 2 eggs (boiled)
  • 30 grams of edamame
  • 30 g of Emmentaler
  • 70 g of unleavened bread
  • parsley (for garnish and flavoring)
  • arugula (for garnish and flavoring)
  • fresh paprika (for garnish and flavoring)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  1. Cook eggs as desired.
  2. Toast the bread.
  3. Spread the toasted bread with butter. If you use salted butter, it is not necessary to add salt. Add pepper to taste.
  4. Cut the boiled eggs and cheese into thin sheets and arrange them on the bread. Add some arugula, chopped parsley and chopped paprika on top for decoration and aroma. Pleasant!
