- 400 g of white flour
- 200g. gr of barley flour
- 200 g of sifted flour
- 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 700 g of whey
- Mix all the ingredients and make the dough well with your hands. Leave for 10-15 min. let the dough rest a little. Roll out the leftover dough with a rolling pin and place it in a greased pan. Before baking, prick the scone a little with a fork. Bake for about 25 minutes. at 250 degrees.
