Bread that is quick to prepare, always succeeds and is very tasty.

  • 2 cups spelled flour
  • 0,5 cups of barley flour
  • 0,5 cups of buckwheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of grape seed oil
  • 2 glasses of carbonated mineral water
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  1. Combine all dry ingredients, add oil, carbonated water and mix everything well. Line a small tray with baking paper, pour the mixture and smooth it out with a damp hand.

    Sprinkle seeds as desired and bake the bread for about 60 minutes at 220 degrees.

  2. Place baking paper or aluminum foil over the bread when baking. About 10 minutes before baking, remove them and bake the bread until the end to get a nice crust.
  3. Wrap the baked bread in a kitchen towel and leave it overnight to cool down. You can cut it even after 1 hour, it won't crumble, but it's best when it's completely cooled.
