Chronic eating is not harmless, especially if you eat in unlimited quantities. On the other hand, if you have completely eliminated fruits and most vegetables from your diet, be careful because your immunity may weaken.

The most important thing is moderation in everything.

It is recommended to eat wholemeal bread/breads for breakfast. Yeast is not such a big enemy. There is almost no difference between yeast and baking powder.

If you want to prepare real, homemade, unleavened bread, make it by natural fermentation. You can also use wheat flour to prepare "chrono" bread.

The bread you see in the photos is prepared from one part whole wheat flour and 2 parts black (soft) wheat flour, a little salt and 1,5 parts water. It is not recommended to store bread for more than a few days, regardless of whether it is home-made or purchased chrono bread.

Dr. Alain Delabos asked what chrono bread is - for him, bread is simply bread without epithets. The emphasis is on wholemeal flours. In our country, "chrono" is a sign of recognition.

Chrono nutrition - only natural

If you want to stick to the chrono concept, ie. to eat healthier, you should eat fresh food, food stored in an adequate way. Forget industrial food.

I emphasize again that it is very important to take care of what foods you eat, when and how you combine them, so as not to cause increased acidity of the body or avitaminosis. If that happens, chronic eating will do you more harm than good.

If you are already paying "chrono experts", listen carefully to the advice so that you don't overlook or misunderstand something (I won't go into details), and then ask for "help" from a layman. Clarify any doubts with them. There is no shame in asking, nothing is taken for granted.

  • 1 small blue eggplant
  • 2 eggs
  • 3-4 tablespoons of whole spelled flour*
  • spices to taste (salt, pepper, mixed spices, herbs)
  • oil as needed

*You can prepare fried eggplant with flour of your choice.

Fried eggplant - preparation:

  • Cut the eggplant into small cubes or sticks (if you don't like the skin, peel it beforehand).
  • Salt it and let it stand for ten minutes so that the salt can draw out any bitterness.
  • Sprinkle the eggplant with flour and mix.
  • Beat eggs until foamy, add spices and mix with eggplant.
  • Heat a non-stick pan, coat it with the permitted fat and pour a spoonful of the mixture.
  • The fried eggplant is ready after you bake it for a few minutes on one side and the other, at a slightly higher temperature.
