In his book Chrono nutrition in the French way, dr Alain Delabeau specifies exactly the composition of each meal in the concept of chrono nutrition.

Chrono breakfast

  • sir
  • bread
  • butter or olive oil

To which, in certain cases, eggs or dried meat products can be added.

Chrono lunch

  • meso
  • starchy foods (or in some cases green vegetables)

Snack chrono

  • vegetable fats (plants whose fruits contain polyunsaturated fatty acids)
  • fruit and its sweet derivatives

Dinner chrono

  • fish or seafood or some white meat
  • greens

How, according to the words of Dr. Delabeau in the book Chrono nutrition in the French way (Vulcan publishing house): the significant improvement of our living conditions no longer requires a great expenditure of energy in the fight against cold, heat and all unpredictable situations of an extremely hostile environment, but this energy will be consumed daily to increasingly long-term and no less stressful activities.

In order to provide the body with good resistance, the modern man will eat:

  • greasy in the morning;
  • compact at noon;
  • sweet in the afternoon;
  • easy in the evening.

Therefore, you can eat practically everything, but not at any time.

Provided, of course, that it is not at any time during the day or that it is any amount of food.
