Chrono bread - preparing chrono bread is easier than preparing yeast bread?! On this occasion, we share with you/give away the recipe for the simplest chrono bread.

Chrono bread, ingredients:

  • 300 g of whole wheat flour
  • 300 ml water (lukewarm)
  • 3 gr of sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons of flax seeds; (optional)
  • 2 grams of baking soda
  • 10 ml of lemon juice

Chrono bread, preparation:

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients, add the liquid and "knead" the bread with a mixer, dough attachments.
  2. Line a bread pan with baking paper, pour the mixture.
  3. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
  4. While the oven is heating, the bread is resting.
  5. Bake it in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
  6. To make sure the bread is baked enough, use the "toothpick test".

  7. Take the baked bread out of the mold, put it on a cloth or board and wait for it to cool down.

Like any other bread, chrono bread is easier to cut when it is well cooled.
