Chrono kitchen and chrono diet of the first week

According to Dr. Delabo's chrono principle, you can always, in your chrono kitchen, to have ONLY ONE "fake" chrono meal per week (including alcohol). But, again, you should take care of the quantities and types of foods that make up your "fake" meals. Because, of course, with every exaggeration, the meaning of the dietary way of eating is lost.

Here we give you a suggestion on how to start a chrono diet, which will allow you to notice the difference and visibly feel how you are losing weight. For most who apply this menu in their chrono kitchen, this diet allows weight loss between 4 and 8 kilograms.

Important note: the diet is restrictive and you must not use it for more than 4 weeks, and you must take a minimum of 2 months break before reintroducing it.

During all 4 weeks of the diet, you must use the specified chrono menu, but also observe the following rules:

  • observe all the quantities specified in the chrono menu
  • you must take vitamin supplements (for vitamin supplements you must contact your doctor to prescribe the exact specification of the preparations and their quantities)
  • consult your doctor and whether you should also use a protein preparation for an afternoon snack

Chrono kitchen: daily menu

For the daily menu, we used the calculation for a height of 170 cm.

Chrono kitchen - lunch:

  • white meat (240 g)
  • rice, pasta, potatoes... (3 spoons)

Chrono kitchen - snack (regardless of height):

  • 1 protein bar or protein shake (as recommended by your doctor)
  • dark chocolate (minimum 54% cocoa) - 30 grams
  • any fruit (small bowl, so-called "Chinese bowl")

Note: consuming protein will allow your body, during the duration of the 4-week diet, to get all the necessary ingredients and elements, and help to calm down, if possible, hunger, as well as to increase the feeling of energy.

Chrono kitchen - dinner

  • fish (270 g)
  • green vegetables (4 tablespoons)

Meal schedule:

  • breakfast around 8 am (no later than 1 hour after waking up)
  • lunch around 13 pm (4-5 hours after breakfast)
  • snack between 16 and 18 p.m. (2-3 hours after lunch)
  • dinner between 18 and 19 p.m. (about 2 hours after snack) - note: dinner should be at least 2 hours before bedtime

And finally, don't forget about that ONLY ONE FAKE MEAL A WEEK, which we mentioned at the beginning of the text. Many, who have already tried the chrono kitchen and the chrono diet, call this "fake" meal a joker. When it's hard for you, and you use your "joker", but only once a week!

Basic rules of chronic nutrition:

  • breakfast should be rich in slow-digesting carbohydrates (cereals - bread, cereals) and animal fats (cheese, butter, etc.)
  • the time gap between meals should be at least 3, and ideally more than 4 hours (5 - 5,5 hours)
  • all types of carbonated drinks containing sugar or artificial sweeteners are not allowed (Coca Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Cocta, Tonic, Coca Cola Zero, energy drinks, sweetened fruit juices, etc.)
  • for lunch and dinner it is not recommended to combine proteins and carbohydrates, only breakfast is allowed
  • no "snacks" of ANY kind are allowed between meals
  • fruits and dried fruits are eaten only between 16 and 18 p.m., winter time (ie, from 17 p.m. to 19 p.m. summer time)
  • pasta is not eaten in the evening (pasta, pizza, bread, sandwiches, etc.)
  • bread, pasta and starchy vegetables (potatoes) are eaten no later than 15 p.m
  • cow's milk is difficult to digest and the chronic diet excludes it completely, it is not drunk or put in coffee. Milk can be used sometimes in some cooked dishes, and sour milk and cheeses are allowed
  • margarine, plant-based cheeses (except tofu - soy cheese), plant-based cream, plant-based cream, bakery products, such as scones, croissants, etc., are so-called trans-fats and the chronic diet does not allow the use of these foods.
