The way in which Dr. Delabo changed nutritional concepts made it possible for anyone, without too much stress and too many sacrifices, to reach their ideal weight. In the true sense of the word, it is chrono kitchen for everyone, or, chrono diet for everyone.

In essence, it is important to follow the basic principles and try to respect the amounts of food and ingredients that you personally need as part of a chronic diet. Avoid eating sweets when you're hungry in the afternoon, try to always respect your breakfast with cheese, and avoid appetizers and dessert for lunch. Fish is highly recommended for dinner.

So, what should your daily chrono kitchen look like?

(Note: in the text we will give the quantities calculated for a height of 170 cm).

Chrono breakfast

  • 2 slices of unleavened whole grain bread (35 g)
  • olive oil (1 tablespoon) ILI butter (10 g)
  • cheese (70 g)
  • coffee or tea (NO SUGAR)

Chrono lunch

  • red meat (190 g), ILI white meat (240 g), ILI salami delicacy, ham... (210 gr) ILI 3,5 eggs (keep in mind that an egg may only be eaten once a week)
  • starch side dish (rice, pasta, potatoes...) 3 tablespoons

Afternoon chrono snack

  • dark chocolate with a minimum of 54% cocoa (30 g) ILI any nuts, walnuts, almonds,... (30 gr) ILI olives (30 g)
  • any fruit (small bowl) ILI dried fruit (half a small bowl) ILI orange juice (500 ml)

Dinner chrono

  • fish (270 g) ILI white meat (130 g)
  • green vegetables (4 tablespoons)
