Chrono moussaka with kale.

  • 250 g of minced meat
  • 0,5 heads of kale
  • 2 head of onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (or fat)
  • 1 cup of cooked tomatoes
  • 3 pieces of egg white
  1. Sauté the onion, then add the meat, salt and pepper.
    Separate the kale leaves, cut the harder part of the leaf, put in hot water to blanch.
    Strain the blanched kale.

  2. Put fat or oil in a fireproof bowl, arrange the leaves of kale in a slightly thicker layer, put the minced meat on top, cover with a glass of tomatoes and finally put the second part of the kale.
    Cover with whipped egg whites, cover the dish and bake for 40 min at 200 C.
    Cover the ovenproof dish and place in the oven for 45 minutes.
