Chrono pancakes - great for breakfast who are on the Chrono diet.

Chrono pancakes, ingredients:

  • 10 tablespoons of buckwheat flour
  • 5 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 5 tablespoons of rye flour
  • 1 spoon of ground flax
  • 1 spoon of ground sunflower
  • 2 tablespoons of melted fat
  • so
  • mineral water

Chrono pancakes, preparation:

 

  1. Place buckwheat, oat, rye flour, ground flax and sunflower, salt in a bowl. Knead with carbonated water to the desired thickness and leave for 20 minutes. If necessary, add more carbonated water before frying, because the mass thickens as it stands.
