Chrono pirogi - another great recipe for a chrono breakfast.

  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 dl of water
  • so
  • olive oil
  • spelled flour
  • onion (or blue)
  • bacon (to taste)
  1. Knead the dough as for noodles or gnocchi. Roll it out not very thin, on a floured work surface.
  2. Scoop out the dough with a glass or a donut mold or a pie mold, fill them with small cheese and close them.
  3. Boil them in salted water.
  4. When they are cooked, strain them. I don't rinse the pasta because then it tastes like it has literally been washed.
  5. Cut the black or blue onion into small cubes and fry it in oil in a pan, then add the pirogues to fry them a little.
  6. My kids added bacon on top to sprinkle on the salads.
And here you can add some homemade dried meat and salad as a side dish.
