Chrono pirogi - another great recipe for a chrono breakfast.
- 1 piece of egg
- 1 dl of water
- so
- olive oil
- spelled flour
- onion (or blue)
- bacon (to taste)
- Knead the dough as for noodles or gnocchi. Roll it out not very thin, on a floured work surface.
- Scoop out the dough with a glass or a donut mold or a pie mold, fill them with small cheese and close them.
- Boil them in salted water.
- When they are cooked, strain them. I don't rinse the pasta because then it tastes like it has literally been washed.
- Cut the black or blue onion into small cubes and fry it in oil in a pan, then add the pirogues to fry them a little.
- My kids added bacon on top to sprinkle on the salads.
