Chrono stuffed peppers with potatoes - an ideal lunch for fasting days.

  • 8 pieces of bell pepper (optional, pickled, dry or fresh)
  • 2 dl oil
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 4 onions
  • 5 cloves of garlic (4-5 cloves)
  • 1 tablespoon fennel (chopped)
  1. Chop the onion and fry it in oil. Cut the potatoes into small cubes and add to the fried onions. Potatoes are not fried. Salt, pepper and add spices. Mix everything well and stuff the peppers with this mixture. Pour 1-2 glasses of water over the stuffed peppers, sprinkle with a little oil and bake in a heated oven until the water evaporates. At the end of baking, cover with tomato and garlic sauce and return to the oven to bake for another 10 minutes.

SOS:

  1. Peel the tomatoes, cut them into cubes and fry them with garlic in a little oil (two spoons). When the tomatoes are fried well, add finely chopped parsley. Pour this sauce over the peppers.

Pepper prepared this way is very tasty and good for fasting days.
