Your chrono kitchen will be richer for an interesting and simple recipe. It is necessary to leave the sternum to marinate for at least an hour before baking, in order to use the full potential of the marinade.

  • for a height of 170 cm, the amount of meat in the procia should be 190 gr
  • for a height of 170 cm, the amount of potatoes should be 3 spoons

Ingredients

Potato salad:

750 g of potatoes
4 tablespoons of white wine
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

Stern

3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of ketchup
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
0,3 teaspoons of grated ginger
0,3 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
0,5 teaspoons of minced garlic
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 spoon of honey
1 tablespoon of olive oil
6 pieces of pork loin

Instructions for preparation

Potato salad

Prepare the potato salad. Put the potatoes in their skins in salted water and let them boil until they are cooked.
Remove the potatoes. Leave to cool.
In a deep bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing oil, balsamic vinegar, onion, salt and pepper.
When the potatoes have cooled, peel them and cut them into smaller circles. Add the dressing and white wine and stir. Leave in the fridge to cool.

Stern

Wash the chickpeas with cold water, drain and place in a deep bowl.
Add all the ingredients and coat well on both sides of the stern.
Leave the chicken breasts in the marinade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Place the hams in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
Take the dish out of the oven, turn the ribs over and sprinkle them with the remaining marinade. Bake for another 15 minutes.
Serve kremanadle warm, with chilled potato salad.

  • pasta is not eaten in the evening (pasta, pizza, bread, sandwiches, etc.)
  • bread, pasta and starchy vegetables (potatoes) are eaten no later than 15 p.m
  • cow's milk is difficult to digest and the chronic diet excludes it completely, it is not drunk or put in coffee. Milk can be used sometimes in some cooked dishes, and sour milk and cheeses are allowed
  • margarine, plant-based cheeses (except tofu - soy cheese), plant-based cream, plant-based cream, bakery products, such as scones, croissants, etc., are so-called trans-fats and the chronic diet does not allow the use of these foods.
