Chrono salted galette.

  • 1 piece of egg
  • 70 ml almond milk
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • Himalayan salt
  • baking powder
  • 220 g of wholemeal flour
  1. Pour all the ingredients except flour and pastry into a bowl and mix (I did it with a small whisk).
  2. Then add flour and baking powder until you get a soft dough that does not stick to your fingers.
  3. I grilled mine at the highest setting, because I don't think the grill works very well for me. You bake yours in the usual way.
  4. It was ready in a short time, but take care that it does not start to dry out, because the dough becomes hard. It must remain somewhat elastic and when it cools it will be perfect.
You can use the flour you like the most and it is allowed in the chronic diet.
