Chrono cake.
- 200 ml egg whites (whipped)
- 1 bag of baking powder
- almonds (ground)
- 50 g of wholemeal flour

- 200 g of butter
- 12 spoons of carob flour
- water (bottled or boiled)
- I don't use egg yolks, so I buy egg whites in a tetrapack. For those who don't care, let them use 2dl of eggs. I beat the egg whites with a mixer, and with a spatula slowly mixed the flour, baking powder and added one tablespoon of ground almonds until I got a mass that fell off the spatula just like patispanj. I spread it on a baking sheet covered with paper and baked it at 180C until it got a golden color and it didn't stick to a toothpick. I flipped it onto another pan and removed the paper.
