Chrono dinner: trout with broccoli. Dinner in the concept of chrono nutrition should be light, simple, a combination of protein and vegetables.
- 500 g of trout (pieces or fillets (if using pieces, increase the quantity))
- 400 g of broccoli
- 2 pieces of tomatoes
- 1 lemon (cut into rings)

- 2 tablespoons of white wine (dry)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
- 0,5 teaspoon of powdered sugar

- Soak the tomatoes in boiling water for 15 seconds, take them out, peel them and cut them as small as possible.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan to a medium temperature.
- Add tomatoes, spices and powdered sugar, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
- While the tomatoes are stewing, add water to the pot, add salt and boil the broccoli for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle ground red pepper on both sides of the trout. Add the trout to the pan with the stewed tomatoes. Add the broccoli. Add salt to taste. Stew for about 5 minutes on each side, until the trout is done.
