Crispy chicken with vegetables - Suzana Mitić
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- a little oil
- salt to taste
- to the taste of dry herbal spice
- 400 g mixed frozen vegetables (broccoli (pepper, corn, onion and sweet corn))
- 400 g of potatoes
- Remove the drumstick from the bones. Fry on hot oil on both sides.
- When it catches a nice crust, add 1 dl of water, cover and leave to simmer for about 10 minutes. When the water evaporates, lift the lid and let it catch the brown crust a little more.
- Place on a serving plate. Stew the vegetables in a little oil for about 10 minutes. Cut the potatoes for fries. Serve everything together on a plate.
