Belgrade, January 8, 2017 - The company METRO Cash&Carry Serbia and the Junior Chef Club (Junior Chef Club) delighted the children from the home for children and youth "Sremčica" by organizing a traditional "Christmas lunch", a humanitarian action aimed at providing meals to socially disadvantaged citizens.
The lunch was held in the "Home for children and youth with disabilities in Sremčica", and for that occasion, a team of young chefs prepared a Christmas lunch that, along with socializing, made this holiday more beautiful and festive for the little ones. The funds for the "Christmas Lunch" were provided by METRO Cash & Carry.
The charity action "Christmas Lunch" is a continuation of the activities that METRO Cash & Carry Serbia and the Junior Chef Club have been organizing for several years, in order to enable socially vulnerable children to spend the holidays better and feel the support they need.
