Belgrade, November 20, 2019 - Šabac dairy presented today A la Cream cheese spread made from carefully selected and controlled milk from domestic farms. Thanks to its creamy structure, unique taste and aroma, it is suitable for preparing all kinds of culinary specialties, as we were assured by the pastry chef of the Hilton Belgrade hotel Marko Trpković and food blogger Tatjana Miletić (@mytastypot). These experienced culinary connoisseurs, present at the Sasha bar, prepared two types of cheesecake and tiramisu based on A la Cream.

A la Cream Cheesecake with Forest Fruits (RECIPE)

It is necessary for the crust: 200 g of ground biscuits, 50 g of powdered sugar, 20 g of butter, 100 ml of orange juice.

Way of preparation: Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix them into a compact mass. Pour the mixture into the mold.

Cream: 400 g of sweet cream, 400 g of sour cream 20% mm, 500 g of A la Crema, 150 g of powdered sugar, 15 g of gelatin.

Way of preparation: Soak the gelatin in cold water and let it swell. Beat the other ingredients with a mixer until you get a smooth and foamy cream. Then melt the gelatin and while it is still warm, pour it into the cream. Mix well to combine the gelatin with the cream. Pour the finished cream over the crust and leave it in the fridge to set.

Forest fruit dressing: 250 g frozen forest fruit, 100 g sugar, 30 g density.

Method of preparation:  Boil the fruit and sugar. Stir the mixture with a little water. When the fruit boils, add the stock while stirring continuously and cook for 5 minutes. Cool the finished dressing and pour over the cream. Flatten and leave to cool.
