Integral pie - when you don't have time to think, and you want to make something a little different - make an integral and aromatic pie according to my recipe...
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 2,5 dl yogurt
- 1 dl oil
- 1 cup of wholemeal flour (optional, a mixture of several types of flour can be used)
- 1 cup wheat germ (dried)
- 1 cup flour type 500
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 350 g of small cheese
- Leave the cheese for last.
- Whisk in the liquid ingredients.
- Combine the dry ingredients and mix into the liquid ingredients.
- Add cheese and mix partially.
- Line a 25 x 30 baking sheet with baking paper and pour the mixture. Bake it for 25 minutes at 200-220 degrees.
Pack the rest of the pie in a bag and leave it for later.
The pie will be soft, tasty and different.
