Integral biscuits with orange.

  • 150 g wholemeal flour
  • 50 gr coconut
  • 2 large tablespoons of honey
  • 50 ml of oil
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 piece of orange (grated peel of one orange)
  • 200 ml of orange juice
  • 50 g of chocolate (melted)
  1. Wash one orange well. Grate the peel.
    Clean the orange, put it in a blender and blend. Add more water as needed to get 200 ml of juice.
    Now mix flour, coconut, oil, honey for baking, orange peel and juice.
    Add the juice gradually. If necessary, add a little more flour.
    The dough should be soft but not sticky to the hands.
    Put the dough in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
    After that, tear off small balls of dough the size of walnuts. Arrange them in the pan and press them down with a fork.

  2. Put the biscuits to bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes
    Sprinkle the finished biscuits with melted chocolate.
