Ischleri ​​– A cake that melts in your mouth….

Text:

  • 400 g fat
  • 400 g of sugar
  • 4 pieces of eggs
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 kg of flour

  • 0,5 liters of milk
  • 150 grams of flour
  • 250 g margarine (or butter)
  • 250 g of powdered sugar
  • 3 bags of vanilla sugar
  1. Beat the fat until foamy (someone washes it, but I don't), add sugar and one egg at a time.
  2. Mix everything well and then add flour mixed with baking powder.
  3. Knead the dough well by hand so that the dough is like vanilla...not too soft and not too hard.
  4. Divide the kneaded dough into two parts and add 2 spoons of cocoa to one part.
  5. Let the dough rest for a while.
  6. Roll out the remaining dough (first the white dough, then the black dough) Take out with a glass, arrange in a pan and bake at 180.C for 10-15 min. (the size of the glass according to your choice)
  7. While the dough rests, prepare the filling:
  8. Combine the milk and flour and put it on the stove, stirring constantly so that the filling thickens like a pudding.
  9. Cool the mass and add whipped margarine with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar
  10. With the well-beaten filling, fill the baked and cooled ishler. Join one white and one black...
