I tried yours recipe for homemade margarine and I am very satisfied with the taste. The only thing was that it came out a little thinner, although I added more milk powder and I put less water and oil, because I thought it would be too runny.
Maybe I should have mixed the mixture longer because I only did it for a few minutes to combine. I am very satisfied with the taste and it is an excellent and healthy spread.
The spread is excellent and has a neutral taste, which is very important, and I used olive oil, although I also had cold-pressed sunflower oil, but I prefer this.
