The initiative for the exhibition came from colleagues from the museum in Mako, after a visit to the Zrenjanin Museum and Todor Manojlović Memorial Room. This prominent Serbian writer moved in the circles of Hungarian avant-garde poets during his studies, and the great friendship and professional respect between Todor Manojlović and the Hungarian poet Adi Endre is also known.

Through texts in Serbian and Hungarian, along with appropriate visual material, the panels show four parts: the biography of Todor Manojlović, his professional engagement, his friendship and collaboration with Hungarian poets, and the Memorial Room, which is part of the permanent exhibition of the Zrenjanin National Museum.

The exhibition was prepared by Ivana Arađan, curator-historian of art of the NMZ, while the texts were translated into Hungarian by Aranka Balint from the Zrenjanin Historical Archive. The translator and collaborator at the exhibition is Andrijana Terek. The exhibition itself was designed by Dušan Marinković, senior curator - master photographer from NMZ.

The exhibition aroused great interest from the representatives of the Serbian national community in Hungary. From autumn 2017, the exhibition will become traveling and will be shown in Szeged, Chanad and other places.
