Apples in a dressing gown
Peel the apples and remove the center, then cut them into rings about half a centimeter thick. Sprinkle them with vanilla sugar and cinnamon and let them stand for about 15 minutes.
Beat 2 eggs, a glass of milk, about 350 g of flour and a pinch of salt with a mixer to get a thick mixture, which you also leave to stand for about 15 minutes.
Stir the apples into the mixture and fry in deep oil until golden. Remove the fried apples on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
