Jaffa chocolate cake - a very tasty cake for all occasions...

For the crust:

  • 4 pieces of eggs
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 4 spoons of sugar
  • 1,5 spoons of semolina
  • 3 spoons of cocoa
  • 0,5 spoons of baking powder
  • 1 piece of orange

For the yellow filling:

  • 2,5 dl of milk
  • 1 bag of vanilla pudding
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • 2 bars of white chocolate (for cooking)
  • 125 g of margarine

For the brown filling:

  • 2,5 dl of milk
  • 1 bag of chocolate pudding
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • 125 g of margarine
  • 3 bars of chocolate (for cooking)

More:

  • 200 g of Jaffa biscuits
  • 2 bags of marshmallows (powdered)
  1. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until foamy with a mixer, then add 1 egg yolk at a time. When the sugar has dissolved, gently stir in the semolina and the mixture of flour, cocoa and pastry. Pour the well-mixed mixture into a round pan covered with baking foil and bake the crust for 15-20 minutes. at 180 degrees. Pour the grated peel of half an orange (well washed beforehand) and the juice of a whole orange over the baked crust.

  2. For the yellow filling, whisk the pudding with 1 dl of milk and cook it in the remaining sweetened milk like any other pudding. Add the chocolate to the still hot pudding, and when it melts, remove it from the heat. Add margarine to the lukewarm cream and beat everything well with a mixer.
    Put the crust on a round cake tray, spread the yellow cream over it, then arrange the Jaffa biscuit with the chocolate facing down...

  3. For the brown filling, mix the pudding with 1 dl of milk and boil it with the remaining sweetened milk. Add the chocolate to the hot pudding, and when it melts, remove it from the heat. Add margarine to the lukewarm cream and beat everything well with a mixer. Spread the brown filling over the jaffa biscuits...

  4. Cover the entire cake with whipped cream and leave to cool and harden.
