Lamb and courgettes for babies - when you introduce lamb to your baby, choose one of two combinations - something light that won't put extra strain on the baby's tummy and/or something sweet like carrots or sweet potatoes that will mask the taste of the lamb.

  • 50 g of lamb (fat-free mole)
  • 3 pieces of zucchini (smaller zucchini, diced)
  • garlic (powder)
  • parsley
  1. Cut a piece of lamb and clean it from veins, fat and bones. Let it cook for about an hour and add some garlic powder and parsley. Cook until the meat is tender and when you can easily pull it apart, it's done. Remove the meat and discard the water.
  2. Add the chopped zucchini to the clean water and cook for about 8 minutes from the moment of boiling.
  3. Add the meat and zucchini to the blender and blend until you get a smooth paste.
  4. Check the temperature before serving to your baby.
