Barley porridge - delicious dietary breakfast.

  • 5 cups of barley flakes
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • 1 banana (chopped)
  • 3 pieces of almonds (a couple of pieces)
  • 3 pieces of hazelnuts (a couple of pieces)
  • 1 cup of sunflower
  • 100 ml of yogurt
  • 150 ml of water
  1. We pour flakes and water into a bucket. Cook for 5-6 minutes until almost all the water evaporates. We put honey, almonds, hazelnuts, sunflower and banana in the pot. When the flakes are ready, add them and knead them. When it cools down, add yogurt.
