A simple recipe for risotto - Marija Milošević - Recipes and Cookbook online

A delicious, quick and easy risotto recipe for 2 people.

A simple recipe for risotto, ingredients:

  • 150 gr (two ladles) of Arborio rice;
  • 4.5-5 dl (7-8 ladles) of broth (clear soup);
  • 150 g (one large head) of onion;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 dl of white wine;
  • 40 g (20+20 g) of butter;
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • 30-40 g of ground parmesan cheese;
  • 1/4 bunch of parsley leaves.

A simple recipe for risotto, preparation:

  • Pour olive oil and 20 g of butter into a heated pan;
  • Add onion;
  • Reduce the heat and season;
  • When the onion becomes glassy, ​​add the garlic and fry briefly;
  • Add arborio rice and fry it;
  • Pour white wine;
  • With occasional stirring, wait for the wine to evaporate;
  • Then pour the hot broth ladle by ladle;
  • Each ladleful of broth must first be boiled before a new one is poured in;
  • Stir occasionally;
  • When the rice swells, taste the grain, which should now be soft and sticky on the outside, and slightly hard in the middle;
  • Add Parmesan cheese;
  • Turn off the fire;
  • Add cube by cube of cold butter, stirring constantly;
  • Remove the pan from the stove, cover it and leave the risotto to rest for 2-3 minutes;
  • Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley are sprinkled on the served risotto;
